Refund policy

نحن نهتم برضاكم عن مشترياتكم 💙.
يمكنكم إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:

• أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.

• غير مستخدم أو مفتوح.

• في العبوة/التغليف الأساسي.

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال فترة من 7 – 14 يوم عمل.
ملاحظة: قد يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن عند الإرجاع (إلا في حالة وصول المنتج تالف أو غير مطابق للطلب).

You may return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition.

• Unused and unopened.

• In its original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
